Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
